Catering Terms & Conditions - Fulfillment Policies

  1. Planning Your Menu and Setting Up: Please finalize your menu selections and the layout of your venue at least 7 days before your event. This helps us make sure everything is perfect for your special day!

  2. Confirming Your Guest Count: We ask for your final guest count at least 7 days before your event. If your guest count decreases after this time, please note that you might still be billed for the original number you confirmed.

  3. Cancellation Policy: We understand things change! If you need to cancel your event, please do so 5 days prior to avoid a 50% charge. Unfortunately, if the cancellation happens within 24 hours of your event, we have to charge 100% due to preparations already made, including food orders and staff arrangements.

  4. Dietary Requirements: We're more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs. Just make sure to let us know well in advance!

  5. Payment Details: To secure your booking, we'll need a valid credit card. Don't worry, the final payment is only due on the day of your event.

  6. Tax and Service Fee: A 7.35% state sales tax and a 20% service fee will be added to all functions/events to cover necessary costs.
