The easiest way to book one of our classes as a gift is to sign up the recipients below into one of our upcoming class dates.
Unsure what date would work well for your recipient?
Then consider a gift card instead which can be used towards the purchase of ANY food, beverage, or classes at any of our restaurants.
You can order an e-gift certificate in any amount which will then be emailed directly to your recipient. OR you can order a physical gift card which will be mailed out within 48 hours and then delivered by USPS mail. Links are below for both of these options.
Pizza Making Classes in CT
Learn some pizza tricks with our Pizzaiolo and our Stone Oven Pizza!
We offer classes in the restaurant that teach you the art of dough, sauce, and a finished masterpiece using our in-house, stone oven pizza.
Classes are $80 per person, last 2 hours, and typically run every other Saturday afternoon from 3-5 pm. At the end, you’ll enjoy your delicious pizza with some wine or beer! See below for our upcoming classes and get your tickets now.

Cannoli Making Classes in CT
Its SWEET TIME in New Haven!
During our Chef led class you'll try your hand at crafting a variety of cannolis. You'll prepare, roll and fry cannoli shells, as well as whip together a batch of filling and learn to stuff your shells to perfection.
