Fulfillment Policy

Catering Terms & Conditions - Fulfillment Policies

  • Menu selections and venue set up to be agreed no later than 7 days prior to the function/event

  • Notification of the final guest count must happen no later than 7 days prior to the function /event. Any decreases in numbers of guests after this time may result in the original confirmed number invoiced for.

  • Cancellation of the function/event within 5 days of the function / event will incur a 50% charge of the invoice total.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the function / event will incur a 100% charge of the arrangements to date including ordered, prepared food and staff.

  • Where possible all notified dietary requirements can be accommodated, provided adequate notice is given.

  • Valid Credit Card is required to hold for all parties and events- Final payment is due day of event.

  • A 7.35% state sales tax and 20% Service Fee will be applied to all functions/events.
