Catering Terms & Conditions - Fulfillment Policies
Menu selections and venue set up to be agreed no later than 7 days prior to the function/event
Notification of the final guest count must happen no later than 7 days prior to the function /event. Any decreases in numbers of guests after this time may result in the original confirmed number invoiced for.
Cancellation of the function/event within 5 days of the function / event will incur a 50% charge of the invoice total.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the function / event will incur a 100% charge of the arrangements to date including ordered, prepared food and staff.
Where possible all notified dietary requirements can be accommodated, provided adequate notice is given.
Valid Credit Card is required to hold for all parties and events- Final payment is due day of event.
A 7.35% state sales tax and 20% Service Fee will be applied to all functions/events.
