A little bit about the charity we are supporting:

Halfway Home Rescue Inc. is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of hundreds of  abused, abandoned, and homeless animals each year; locally and beyond. We provide spay/neuter and other veterinary care to each animal that passes through our doors. Our phones ring 24/7 and we try our best to keep up with the calls, as space and finances allow. No one takes a salary. Since our founding in 2004, more than 5,000 lives have been saved.

Most of the animals that come to our rescue, have suffered lives of abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Often times we have no knowledge of the exact history, when they enter our rescue. Our volunteers work with every dog or cat as much as needed, providing medical care  and emotional love. Our goal is to place each animal in a home that most suits each animal needs.
